Head of Machine Learning

Hightouch builds an AI-first marketing platform used by major enterprises. Doubled ARR year-over-year. Looking for a Head of ML to lead all machine learning efforts powering our AI agents platform. You will define the ML strategy, build recommendation systems, predictive models, and LLM-based agents for marketing automation.

Stack: Python, TypeScript, Snowflake, Databricks, modern LLM APIs.
