About the Role
Cursor (Anysphere) is the AI-first code editor used by over 1 million developers. We are hiring ML engineers to train and distill specialized coding models — improving code completion, multi-file editing, and agentic coding capabilities.
You will work on pretraining, fine-tuning, RLHF, and evaluation of models tailored specifically for software engineering tasks. Deep experience with PyTorch, distributed training, and LLM internals required.
