Clutch www.clutchapp.io - building future of padel with AI cameras | Full-time | Head of AI (Computer Vision / MLOps) | Remote (worldwide) | €70-100k + equity
We are Clutch, building an automated videographer and coaching experience for padel players. We are small but quickly-growing startup with cameras in over 100 clubs around the world. We are hiring for a key position of Head of AI.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience deploying AI models to production; strong hands-on experience with Computer Vision models and video understanding; proficiency with MLOps, including dataset and annotation design, model versioning, continuous evaluation, training and testing.
Experience working with on-device model deployment is a big plus.
