Founding Full Stack / Applied AI Engineer

Cora AI | Founding Full Stack / Applied AI Engineer | REMOTE (US ONLY, LA/SF preferred) | Full-time | $190–250k + early equity

We build customer success agents and account intelligence that do the actual manual work — so CS teams can focus on the relationship-driven work that drives growth.

You'll be one of the first engineers. You'll ship voice agents, multi-agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, evals, and account intelligence features that touch real customers on day one.

What we're looking for:

• You build with AI IDEs (Cursor, Claude Code) as a force multiplier — not occasionally, as your default
• You've shipped something with LLMs in production (agents, RAG, evals — not just wrappers)
• Comfortable owning a feature from idea to production without a lot of hand-holding
• Based in the US — SF Bay Area or LA strongly preferred
