We're hiring a senior software engineer for AI for the Planet at Ai2.

We build agents and the infrastructure that powers them, helping mission-driven organizations tackle challenges across conservation, oceans, climate, and Earth observation. We’re looking for someone who enjoys owning systems end to end, shipping reliable production software, and creating an exceptional developer experience.

Comp: $146–220k base + bonus + benefits.
