About the Role

We build AI agents for banks, automating the manual work in sales, onboarding and activation. Raised $7m from Northzone, Connect Ventures and TriplePoint. Working with Worldpay, Barclaycard and NatWest. Team of 12.
Hiring two roles:
- Product Engineer: full-stack features (React, Node.js, TypeScript), API and cloud architecture (AWS) for agent workloads. 4+ years' experience.
- AI Engineer: multi-agent workflows (Temporal/LangChain), evals, fail-safes and audit trails for banking tasks. 4+ years' experience, strong Python.
